Standing single shaft furnaces

  • circular/rectangular shaft kiln

It can be said that these types of furnaces are the oldest calcined lime and dolomite production system, which are still effectively used, although over the years and with the advancement of technical knowledge in their charging, combustion, discharge and cooling equipment, many improvements have been made. The cross section of these types of kilns can be rectangular or circular. Considering the appropriate concentration of carbon dioxide in the combustion fume, these furnaces are widely used in the sugar industry and other similar industries. Also, due to the possibility of adjusting the working temperature and obtaining a product with low reaction intensity, the produced lime is used to construction parts of calcareous sand and blocks. Based on this feature, this type of furnace is also used in the industry of producing refractory raw materials

  • Raw materials size : 30-130 (mm)
  • production capacity 50-300 tons/day
  • Input heat 4000-4700 kJ/kg
  • Annular Shaft Kiln

The design of these furnaces is such that the cross-section of the materials inside is in the form of a ring and the materials are charged between the refractory layer of the outer and inner walls. The characteristics of these kilns has good flexibility to adjust the intensity of reactivity of the produced product, and due to the high percentage of CO2 in the exhaust gas, it can be used in the production of chemicals such as Sodium Carbonate and PCC

  • Raw materials size : 30-180 (mm)
  • Capacity soot 80-500 tons/day
  • Input heat 3900-4300 kJ/kg
