The production of hydrated lime, as one of the most used products in this industry, requires a complete knowledge of the process, the characteristics of the calcined lime used, as well as the desired quality of this product. Despite the apparent ease of the hydration process, it is necessary to apply optimal control conditions to it in order to achieve suitable product quality conditions.
